Two Dam Native gigs in Wellington, two Foghorn gigs in Auckland

Its been a while since the last update - I had two laptops running Win XP die on me, and then the icing on the cake, my Internet connection went AWOL requiring a switch of service providers! But I digress...

Dam Native have the biggest gig since Big Day Out and a better spot - 6pm Mainstage Cuba St Carnival this saturday. Then again at mid-night at The Paramount for the after party run by DJ Shan.

My jazz quartet Foghorn also have two gigs this weekend - this Thursday at Tabac (Mills lane) and Sunday 2-4pm in the Domain band rotunda (two sets).

Dam Native, Flowz, SideKickNick

OK so two Dam Native gigs coming up in November - the first one up at Leigh Sawmill - a mean as restaurant type venue, situated in a marine reserve! Yeah baby, snorkeling. Flowz from wellington on the mic, and DJs the1like Furious (Che Fu's DJ) and Dan Tippett - a BaseFM DJ.

Then we got another one at Rising Sun! This time with SideKickNick in support! I have not yet figured out a way of describing what SideKickNick sounds like, except its a like a combination of Super Grass and Good Shirt.
