Free entry Dam Native gig this Friday

Come and check out Dam Native this Friday at Juice Bar in Parnell. It's free entry!! At late notice, Dam Native FULL LIVE BAND have been recruited into playing a free entry gig in Parnell this next Friday 14 May at Juice Bar! There will be a bunch of other bands playing there too so get on down and hangout at this cool bar. Roots West are a reggae band and are starting things out for the evening. After that is 86 who is a solo hip hop artist playing over some backing tracks. Then comes Dam Native full live 6 piece band, we got 612 from Sydney for this one, its fully loaded. Then comes Fastwalker to finish things off.

Gigs in April, May

Well... it's been a while since the last mail out: Just when I thought things were cooling off after a busy period of rehearsing with my newest bands Kirsten Morrell and Easy, I forgot that I had organised a gig for my old jazz band Foghorn at a private party ages ago, and had to begin rehearsing that one again, which hasn't left much time for doing these updates.

So the upcoming gigs are:

Thursday 22nd April - Kirsten Morrell @ Sky City (not sure the venue or time)

Friday 30th April - Dam Native (MC Set) in Rotorua (no live band for this one though)

Saturday 1st May - Kirsten Morrell @ Juice Bar, Parnell

Thursday 6th May - Kirsten Morrell @ Late at the Museum

Saturday 15th May - Easy @ Rakinos

Saturday 29th May - The Feijoa Festival - Hot Water Beach Holiday Park

After all of this I'm off to England and Italy for a break, as I haven't been on a holiday in ages. So I'll be gone from June 16 to July 6.
