This one is free entry. Now I gotta say it, normally I don't really go to Sponge that often due to the weird dance music they play there most of the time, but in this instance you have these guys Arts Central putting on an entire night of acts, and working to organise and promote the event, hauling their PA into the venue each Thursday night as a tester to see how the venue goes and think about doing something a permanent Thursday there. Also its worth noting that it seems like they now have a stage at Sponge which wasn't there before from memory.<\/p>\n

Aparently the details are still in flux for this but the idea goes: backyard party fundraising event. Local products 'Kokako' coffee, 'Stolen Rum' available, plus bonfire, candles, cushions, rugs, and live music<\/strong>...The Slacks<\/a>, EASY, and Jaz from Base Fm<\/a> is lending her decks to the good cause. I'm thinking... does that make this a BYO party? 12 pack on! Stay tuned.<\/td>\n
